Employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens may soon face harsh penalties under DHS policy change: In over 6,000 worksite arrests made by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) last year only a paltry 135 were employers.  The rest targeted were all illegal aliens. Today the Department of Homeland Security published a “Fact Sheet” essentially scrapping old immigration enforcement methods to focus instead on the employers who knowingly violate the law by hiring illegals--and criminal aliens.
