Goldman & Loughlin, PLLC Immigration Lawyers interview comments on the DHS’s plans to possible terminates as many as 17,000 removal cases.

The United States of America has filed suit against the State of Arizona.
No more rumors today is the day it all starts. Some critics have expressed concern that the suit is drafted too broadly to succeed and thus premature. Others feel this this is a frontal attack that will gain momentum and support once the issues are fully addressed before the American public.

STATES TAKE THE INITIATIVE IN IMMIGRATION REFORM
It is no surprise that failure on the part of Congress to reform the immigration laws has resulted in a record number of bills and resolutions being passed by the various States. LEADERS ORGANIZE TO PERSUADE CONGRESS TO ENACT IMMIGRATION REFORM
The Immigration debate continues as leaders from the Center for American Progress, NAACP, AFL-CIO, the National Council of La Raza, agriculture industry, and other groups gathered on June 3, 2009 to begin a national campaign for reform of the immigration laws.
