Thomas W. Goldman, Esq., J.D., LL.M.
For over 40 years, Thomas W. Goldman has practiced law in Mississippi, Virginia and Florida, and taught law as a professor in Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi,Virginia and Florida. Goldman began his career with his family’s law firm in Meridian, Mississippi, and then served Of Counsel with Payne, Gates, Farthing & Radd, an “A” rated firm in Norfolk, Virginia before co-founding his current law firm in Florida.
He was on the law faculty of the University of Tulsa, earned a Teaching Fellow position at Southern Methodist University, and served as Associate Dean of Mississippi College School of Law. He taught as an adjunct professor at Barry University law school, Regent University, Florida Institute of Technology and Rollins College.
A Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows, he now manages the Orlando office of Goldman & Loughlin, PLLC, practicing immigration law exclusively. Goldman has represented clients in 42 countries filing applications for visas, citizenship and permanent residency. He appears frequently in immigration court, and has represented clients in deportation proceedings in Orlando, Miami, San Juan, San Antonio and Detroit.
Goldman and his wife Jody are avid sailors. They are members of the Manatee Sailing Association and frequently participate in events with their Catalina 30 named “Asylum”.

Peter J. Loughlin, Esq., J.D., LL.M.
Peter J. Loughlin holds a JD and LL.M degree in International Tax Law and Financial Services and, is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court.
He retired as a 20+ year veteran civil servant with the City of New York holding such positions as police lieutenant, investigative auditor and director of labor management. After his retirement he moved to Florida with his wife, Ewa and co founded the Goldman & Loughlin Law Firm.
A Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows and member of the Board of Academic Advisors and Professors of the American Academy of Financial Management, he practices exclusively in the field of Immigration Law and pre-immigration tax planning.
